As a condition of using the site, members and visitors agree to all of the following terms:

1- You must be a registered member to subscribe to free and paid courses on the site.

2- You are required to choose a username and a password. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

3- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your username.

4- You are responsible for your behavior and for any content, materials or information you upload or responses you place and the way you display them on the site or any of the above activities conducted under your username.

5- You agree that you will not assist or encourage anyone seeking to cause a security breach to the system or circumvent it or modify the security system or any part of the site or change this agreement in any way.

6- You are obligated to report any account that you have proven that its user is impersonating you, by contacting us on the “Contact Us” page or via email info@enjah.online and we will study the content of the report in order to decide on it within the shortest possible period of time.

7- Registration cannot be accepted until the membership is finally activated by clicking on the link that will be sent by us to your email. Members and visitors also agree while using the site to avoid the following:

8- Violating this agreement or any of our instructions and policies or any applicable laws, or the basic system or any applicable regulations (for example, those concerned with consumer protection or unfair competition or deceptive advertising).

9- Uploading, sharing or transmitting content that contains false information or is against the law or is false and harmful in any way or is vulgar or contains offensive scenes or constitutes a threat of any kind or defames any person at any time or invades people’s privacy or conflicts with the true Islamic religion and its principles or what people agree on as an undesirable matter.

10- Uploading, sharing or transmitting content that contains unwanted or unauthorized advertising materials.

11- Transmitting any viruses, malware or codes that may destroy users’ devices or the site.

12- Violation of any laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or Islamic law, including laws, ethics, morals, values and traditions.

13- Uploading content that has been agreed upon by laws imposed by local or international bodies regarding the safety of electronic content as harmful content and may be subject to summons and examination.

14- Using the site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

15- Impersonating any person or entity, including, without limitation, an employee, user or any entity or person who may belong to any other than the aforementioned.

16- Transmitting any email, content or personal information to any person without express permission.

17- Transmitting any false, misleading or deceptive email, product or content.

18- Selling or offering any stolen products that may infringe a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or any proprietary rights of another person or entity, or that violate privacy rights or public rights or that defame another person or entity. In addition, those materials that you do not have the rights to make available under any law or contract.

19- Manipulating prices for any course or interfering with the lists of any other member.

20- Placing links within any content to any other platform or service that provides the same services provided by the site, such as providing training courses and the like. Unless a clear written permission is given to do so from Enjah online.

21- Marketing any illegal products or services prohibited by any applicable law.

22- Placing any content for download that contains viruses or any codes, files or programs designed to disrupt or disable the function of any software or hardware of computers or communication devices.

23- Disrupting and disrupting the normal flow of any window by increasing the number of requests from the site (flood attack), or any method that may negatively affect members and visitors and their ability to use the platform.

24- Using any misleading email address or IP address or changing the address of the unit packet headers transmitted via the network in order to hide the original source of the product transmitted via the site.

25- Attempting to gain illegal access to Enjah Online’s computers, servers and systems and engaging in any activity that hinders or reduces the quality and performance of the site’s function.

26- Attempting to restore the authority of an account that the site has suspended or deleted, including but not limited to attempting to open an account with the same username.

27- Harassing anyone on the site.

28- Collecting any personal information about members or visitors for commercial or illegal purposes.

29- Using automated methods, including software methods and data mining tools, to download data from the site, except for search engines and similar non-commercial and public archiving tools that carry with our file robots.txt. Or Internet services with known harmless behaviors such as RSS and Atom. We have the full right to define what we call “Internet services with known harmless behaviors”.
